How to submit: Email your advisor and me with a link to your Google doc.
Instructions
Draft any remaining sections, including title page, budget and budget justification, and references. You will find information about how to structure every sections in the the Capstone Guidelines.
Assess and, if necessary, incorporate any feedback you’ve received so far.
Page limit: The Design and Implementation plan should be limited to 5-10 single-spaced pages of written text. This page limit does not include the title page, table of contents, budget and justification, references cited, timeline and milestones, or the Team Management Plan.
Be professional when emailing your advisor and remind them that the due date for feedback next Friday.
Make the most out of this revision: it’s great to request specific feedback from your advisor! Is there any section you’d particularly like their input on? Let them know in your message. You can also tag us in comments inside your document.
2. 🎤 Prepare faculty review practice presentation
Due when? Presentations will happen during next class on Monday 2/9.

Decide with your team what preliminary results, progress, or prototype you will include in your presentation
💥 Put together a complete presentation deck following Dr. Philip’s Faculty Review Strategies. It’s ok if you add stand-in figures for prototypes or preliminary results for now.
Discuss your draft slides with your faculty advisor.
Decide who will be presenting in faculty review (and who in public final presentation). Every person in the team should be ready to present if needed.
Add your draft to our shared drive and be ready to do a complete practice presentation next week!
Next class schedule
Practice presentations will be at Pine Room (BH 3526). The class will be divided in two blocks from 1:00 to 2:30 and from 2:30 to 4:00. Each team will present and provide feedback to other teams as follows:

Your theam should work in our usual classroom on their project outside of their “presentation block”.
