To do by next week
💬 Prepare faculty review mock presentation
Read the rubric for faculty reviews.
💥Read these guidelines for your presentation💥
Decide with your team what preliminary results, progress, or prototype you will include in your presentation
Put together a complete presentation deck following Alex’s presentation, point 6. It’s ok if you add stand-in figures for prototypes or preliminary results for now. Focus on the story line.
Discuss your draft slides with your faculty advisor.
Decide who will be presenting in faculty review (and who in public final presentation). Every person in the team should be ready to present if needed.
Add your draft to our shared drive and be ready to do a formal mock presentation next week!
📝 Update DIP
If you have already received feedback from your advisor:
- discuss feedback with your team
- start working on updating your draft
- contact advisors or clients for clarification and share suggestions, and reply to comments within the document as needed. Remember to always do your research and discuss with your team first!
Next class schedule
The class will be divided in two blocks from 1:00 to 2:30 and from 2:30 to 4:00. Each team will present and provide feedback to other teams as follows:
Your theam should work on their project outside of their “presentation block”. The following rooms are reserved for you so you have a dedicated workspace during our usual class time. You’re welcome to use other places to work.
