Today the class will be divided in two blocks from 12:30 to 2:10 and from 2:10 to 3:30. Each team will present and provide feedback to other teams as follows:

Your team should work on their project outside of their β€œpresentation block”. Check the class slides to see the room(s) that are booked for your team.

Send your complete, updated, and revised DIP draft as a PDF by this Thursday to your faculty reviewers. Giving your reviewers the opportunity to read your DIP can greatly improve the quality of the questions and feedback you get during the review.


1. πŸ› Add your presentation slides to shared folder

Due when? Sunday 2/22 at midnight.

How to submit: Add your slides to the Faculty Reviews Presentations - Final Slides shared folder it in the folder corresponding to the room you will present in.


2. πŸ’¬ Practice your presentation and prepare for Q&A

Due when? Faculty reviews will take place during class on Monday 2/23.

Instructions
  • Have a practice presentation with your faculty advisor. Prioritize their feedback.
  • Make sure you are ready to explain any technical terms you mention in your presentation.
  • You may receive extra comments and feedback from the 411 instructor.


2. πŸ“ Keep working on updating your DIP

  • Add details about your project your team has gathered while preparing for faculty reviews
  • Got a cool diagram that succinctly describes your process or model? Add it to your DIP!
  • Obtaining preliminary results or creating a prototype for review.
